Main application is wrapping for airbag, such as side airbag covers, curtain airbag etc. We intergrated processing using multiple materials such as spunbonded, needle felt and woven fabric is possible. Shape cutting, punching, sewing, etc. are possible according to the needs of each airbag manufacturer.
For spunbound, Eltas ™ is excellent dispersibility and uniformity and passes the 3,000-hour durability deterioration test.
It can be in various forms, prevents damage during installation, and is lightweight. Our production process can do die cutting, laser cutting, sewing, marking, or other integrated processing on nonwoven and textiles.
