What is ASACLEAN™?
ASACLEAN™ is purging compounds made by AsahiKasei. This is formulated to clean injection molding
machines, extruders, and blow molding machines.
They are optimized to clean your screw, barrel, hot runner and extruder die throughly and quickly.
ASACLEAN™ Grade lineup
We offer general purging compounds that are compatible with a wide range of processing resins.
We also offer specialized grades designed for your application, process and processing temperature.
Our products effectively clean for operating temperatures from 150’C to 420’C.

ASACLEAN™ has a low adhesive to Metal, and easily displaced by your next processing resin.
This is particularly important when processing transparent resins.
